I lead the technical team at Content Pilot. Our programmers are responsible for taking the vision, plans, designs and ideas from our clients and our strategy, creative and project management teams to solve problems, improve processes and help clients successfully manage their content.

Our ultimate goal is to be a conduit to our clients’ success and ultimately ensure that their websites, proposal centers and experience databases work harder and make them happier.

What makes me unique

I have 25 years in software development across many varied industries. Content Pilot’s structure allows me to use my entrepreneurial background in creating new and innovative products. My extensive experience in software gives me a deep understanding of end-user behaviors, and insights into what both technical and non-technical users want in our products.

Every client brings us new ideas and that’s what makes my job enjoyable – finding new ways to give our clients what they want while making our products the best in the legal and other professional services industries.

I love challenges and problem-solving, so I feel that I’m in the perfect role. We have a strong technical team here and I enjoy guiding them – and rolling up my sleeves – when needed to find new solutions and smarter ways of doing things.

The projects that I love

I enjoy meeting with clients to hear the problems that they are looking to Content Pilot to solve. This is where we get our ideas that make our products stronger and better. I believe nothing is impossible (at least in software development) so I am always looking for the next “opportunity” that we can incorporate into our applications.

Internally, I also oversee the in-house technical aspect of our business – from the applications we use to the security of our data. We know that our clients’ data is priority-number-one for them so we all follow strict guidelines to protect the data that is entrusted to us.

What makes me proud

I’m most proud when I hear from our clients about how our Content Pilot team was able to solve a crisis. Whether it’s a 12-hour rush job to update a website or a new “must have” feature in one of our applications that was needed yesterday – I enjoy the feedback when we surpass expectations.
