What makes me unique
I am committed. At Content Pilot, this has resulted in almost 12 years of employment – and likely 12 more. For our clients, it means that when they reach out, they know that I’ll respond quickly and stay on it until it’s resolved. In sales, it means that I will work with our clients to address all their needs, large or small, until we’ve structured something for them that fits like a glove. And in volunteerism, it means I jump into areas of need and work to make a difference instead of sitting on the sidelines.
I truly thank lawyers for instilling this value at my core. Having served as the lead marketing and business development professional at several large law firms, lawyers challenged me to jump into tough projects and provide killer results. It was never easy, but it taught me that if you worked hard enough and smart enough – anything is possible.
The projects that I love
I love atypical projects, which are abundant at Content Pilot. Since strategy is at the center of all the work we do, brand and project implementations lead to work engagements that are differentiating and new. This means no two websites, proposal centers or experience management systems are the same.
What makes me proud
I’m proud of my service to the legal marketing community, which started in 2002 by simply raising my hand in response to the question “who has time to make some name tags?” Little did I know that that one moment would serve as the springboard to 16 years of volunteerism to the Legal Marketing Association, which culminated in my role as International LMA President in 2016.
I’m also proud of my Content Pilot team. Being here for so long has allowed me to see our employees transform into and work as a well-oiled machine, intent on finding the best solutions for our clients each and every day.
